It's quite common nowadays to hear complaints of poor, impersonal service and lack of care for the customer. I can report that this is not the case at Troublechute Rigging. They take the time to listen to my issues and they take a real pride in the rigging work that is done. Both of my rigs have been extensively worked on by Troublechute from major (i.e. harness resize) to minor (toggle keepers) jobs.
